Kiting cheques, shoplifting
or
<<we are all guilty of many things>>

Speak for yourself.
Most people do not shoplift, they do not kite cheques, they do not commit fraud.

Now that the accountant has declared the Trump information unreliable, we can see what happened.
There are persistent and continuous fraudulent claims, it is stealing money by misrepresentation.
The examples we have seen are pretty clear, it is a pattern of fraudulent activity.
It is very likely that Trump will get to tell his side at a racketeering trial, looks like where it is going.

The accountant was political?
or
Unreliable corporate numbers

The accountant is not being investigated.
The accountant has stated that the information for the last decade is not reliable.
There is simply no way to sidestep the fact that certain numbers are fudged, made-up, fake.
Accounting is apolitical, it is simply working with the numbers you have been given.
It is arithmetic.

Your lot has trouble with arithmetic.
With arithmetic it is difficult to bend the numbers, you have to use fake ones to fudge.
When someone looks at the arithmetic it all looks good until...where did these fake numbers come from?
That causes those interested in the numbers to start looking at the sources of the numbers.
That is where the racketeering charges will arise, the numbers were all made up by the Trump family.
Ask Weisselberg, he knows.
Weisselberg thinks the Trump lawyers will get him off, Trump has convinced him that is the case.
Weisselberg should start co-operating now before he goes to prison with Trump.
Trump is a fraud and has been a fraud for a long time, ask his accountant.
