True almost as lame as those filing suit against GTIS. A blurb from the last news post... <<The complaint alleges that purchasers of GTIS securities were induced by fraud to pay too much for their shares. The complaint alleges violations of the federal securities laws on behalf of GTIS securities purchasers during the period Aug. 1, 1996 through Dec. 12, 1997.>> Now, if there is a lawyer in the house who can please tell me just how one calculates just when someone has "paid too much for their shares" I would love to hear it. Ask anyone who owns a stock whether they paid too much for their shares and only a fool would say "NO". Jeez, the intelligence level of these people astonishes me and yet knowing the state of civil jurisprudence they'll probably win! When does this garbage go to trial? I can't wait to read the decision!
