If memory serves me, I believe Intel was one of the techs that helped China develop the first totally monitored city of 20,000,000 citizens about 15 years ago. Big Brother techs are all in with China.

Bonefish, Intel doesn't have the capacity. And it takes a couple Years to build a fab. We'd be screwed The market is forward-looking. It might take a couple of years before China attacks, but even if they move the timeline ahead, investment dollars will be pouring into Intel and Samsung.
