If you followed that rule, you'd have missed on a ton of market gains.

I don't believe in static rules. I prefer to use relative valuations and dynamic systems.

Inflation gets that low, if the Fed funds rate is 2%, and the 10y Treasury is 3.5%. But there is a lag, so it doesn’t happen till 2024.
