I’d say the opposite is true: Biden, by doing his best to cripple US oil and gas production (even importing Russian oil into the US) has benefited the Russian energy sector. We were energy independent under Trump. Not so under Biden. The Russians have made lots of money thanks to Biden. That tired BS (Trump loves Putin) is all Dems have. Voters know better.
