I think there is a very good chance that the bears get slaughtered over the next 6 weeks just like the bulls did to begin the year. As I read around some of the most bearish posters on SI and in cyber space, I am quite encouraged by their giddiness and their refusal to understand what has taken place over the past two days. I think the reversal we saw on Thursday has the strong potential to be a lot more than a brief Bear market rally. It can be a Bear market rally for 6 weeks or so and crush the Bears as the Market heads to its very early January highs. Very few are considering that possibility, but I think that possibility is very real.
