jmd,

Give Investor Relations' Tom Barrows a call.

May I suggest the following:

Tell him you're on the SI thread,

Tell him exactly what you've posted,

Tell him you want to know ALL of the possible scenarios regarding the IT monies.

After considering what he has to say, I think you will find that there are several options which are positive for PCTH.

There are some useful accounting options which I would be sure to ask Tom Barrows about.

I have found Mr. Barrows to be patient and informative. Of course, as with anything involving communication and business, the intent to learn is important. Mr. Barrows has the capacity to reciprocate with many levels of information if the intent is to learn. Good luck, and let us all know what you learn when you can.

PCTH's number is 509/664-8000. They are PST.

In addition, I have heard that the IT group, now known as ORCA, is on (or will be in the immediate future) a road trip in Europe seeking funding for startup. This IT group has excellent prospects (particularly its MonitRx). IMHO ORCA deserves a watchful eye for potential.

It is my sense that the resolution of the IT "problem" is now fully factored into the stock price and other potentials appear more interesting. Not that you haven't brought up a valid point. You have.
