The American Response to Ukraine Situation is Baffling

For Vladimir Putin and the Russian people, the invasion of Ukraine is Russia’s most momentous action since the fall of the Soviet Union three decades ago.

For civilians in Ukraine, the war is their homeland’s gravest calamity since the Second World War.

But for the Globalist American Empire (GAE), it’s all a big dumb joke, and a chance to strip Russia of one of GAE’s most essential freedoms: Internet pornography.

Aren't you the guy who said Russia was going to roll over Ukraine and you didn't care?

No. Where did you dream that one up? It is true that many people (not all) in the eastern part of the country who are predominately ethnic Russians, would not be unhappy to rejoin Russia again.

My ex wife is from Lugansk. Her parents still live there. Good people. I've been to Ukraine about a half a dozen times. Without going into details, there are no easy answers to what's going on there, but nobody's totally blameless. I do hope that the hostilities end soon. Living in a war zone is not good for anyone.

BTW, political corruption runs deep, not just in Russia and Ukraine, but in other parts of the former USSR as well..
