That's exactly right. The whole run-up to the war was "war hysteria" from Putin, yet he hoodwinks some people into claiming it was the other way around. His little round-table of puppets just before the attack, when some of the puppets clearly seemed to be uncomfortable towing the line was orders of magnitude more "war hysteria" than the USA divulging what they were actually seeing from intel. Putin was non-stop lies, and the USA was damn near 100% accurate as it turns out. Unbelievable that people try to conflate the two. The fact that the USA has done all sorts of naughty things in other situations is entirely irrelevant to the current behavior.
