I actually watched his speech live on Sky News on YouTube earlier today. Very impressive and as a European myself it actually moved me quite a bit. I think it will be looked back upon as a seminal moment in modern European history.

Turkey:
Turkey changed its rhetoric to call Russia's assault on Ukraine a "war" on Sunday and pledged to implement parts of an international pact that would potentially limit the transit of Russian warships from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea.

Estonia:
The Finnish Government on Sunday formally granted Estonia permission to send weapons previously purchased from the country to Ukraine. In a statement, the government said it had "granted Estonia a license to re-export to Ukraine artillery guns and their ammunition".
