I just took a quick look at TA indicators for PTVL. They are all turning downward at the moment: MACD, RSI and Stochastics.

On the other hand, these Internet stocks don't trade very rationally. Just be careful. I tried to ride PTVL from 16 to 18 but didn't get filled that day. Now the only firm resistance is at 13, or 4 points down from the last close.

XCIT may have topped out, too. If you're going to ride the waves, keep a close eye on the surf.
