When do we find out about the warrant extension?

Richaard, I sincerely believe they wont be extended. Would you appreciate it if JMAR, out of the blue, announced that they were giving away 2 million or so free warrants, diluting the float, and getting absolutely nothing for the company in return. In effect thats what they would be doing if they extended these warrants. These warrants are running out, as they should, the rules of the game being followed. New warrants can be added to future offerings, thereby enticing new investments in the company. This would be acceptable because the company would gain revenue from the issuing of the new warrants. Simply extending the old warrants to appease gamblers who want the rules changed because they lost would be a slap to investors who took the slower but surer route when they invested in JMAR.

Let me ask you this: If JMAR stock did increase say to $30 dollars a share during the time period of these warrants would you appreciate a campaign by the common stock holders to limit the profit of the warrant holders, because they were just making too much money? No you wouldn't. You would say that you made the bet and you should enjoy the full fruits of your gamble.

Well, you made your bet. I sincerely hope that before Feb. 18 you can exercise your warrants for a huge gain!

Dale

I dont think they will be extended....If they are I think JMAR should do the following:.....Extend the warrants for 2 weeks. Lower the strike price to 2 7/8. Then, lets see everyone put their money where their mouths are. If you are not a speculator and really a JMAR investor, then CONVERT your warrants into stock in the next 2 weeks. Jmar will get 7.75 million dollars in cash, the stock gets diluted NOW, so we get that out of the way, and the warrants are gone , so there will be no more arbitrage, therefore the top is removed. Then everyone can get back to focusing on the JMAR fundamentals .........thats about the only way I think a smart management team would extend the warrants...........;^)
