"Not to mention, a 100% electric society is 100% vulnerable to hacking, cyber attack, EMP etc" Texas was 100% vulnerable to cold weather a year ago, cuz natural gas wells froze, and gasoline couldn't be pumped without electricity. The only way to be invulnerable is to live in isolation, whether it be in some jungle tribe, or in a remote cabin in the wilderness, and do everything with hand and animal labor. Those prospects come with their own vulnerabilities, however.
