as i stated, my email guy is very knowledgeable about the goings
on with the old and new company, and the product...the reason i
havent given proxy yet was because i didnt want to view this as a
"tom vs larry" thing...we are screwed if that is the case, in any
event...i have convinced myself that this isnt stabbing tom in the
back...if it is, like i said---adios to all of us !!

The worst part of this mess is that I believe both sides of these rapidly forming armies want the same thing, a successful company.

I to give me vote to Larry If it means I can get some expense money back like rent utilities and equipment upgrades. ( it's probably asking to much to get paid for the last year) so go Larry you got my vote.
