I have traded in and out of SYSF making a small profit. I fortunatly liquidated my position a few months back.

My main attraction to SYSF is that with the proper execution, the SYSWIZ product could be blockbuster. The only thing more compelling is the extremely high barrier to entry potential competitors could face. SYSF is selling almost entirely through the OEM channels. One way to raise the perceived consumer value and raise revenues would be for SYSF to make a retail shrink wrapped version and sell to the general market. Many products such as NOrton Utilities and First Aid are doing quite well and if the SYSWIZ product is as good as they say it is they should be able to compete ably.

I think SYSF has done a great job in closing a substantial number of the major PC players. The problem obviously was in the execution. Just because SYSF has a new president doesn't mean she is running the company. I have seen other founding President/CEO give up the Presidential position but the new President is really nothing more than a COO. The only thing that would give me hope is that if I remember correctly the CEO doesn't have a substantial amount of stock or real control in the company.

I think SYSF has extreme potential but I am going to wait on the sidelines and see the execution go forth and wait for some results. I find it much more difficult to pick bottoms than to find a bottle rocket and take a ride.
