If Putin were to have a sudden heart attack it could be a matter of months.

Random thought as I sip my coffee watching the deer...
AJ pointed out a while ago that the Fed tended to do their injections the third week of the month. If I was the Fed and I knew I had created a bubble, I would drain at the beginning of the month instead in an amount roughly equal to the beginning of the month routine 401k/pension influxes. This could help prevent the bump up in the market that tends to occur 5 days before and after the first of every month.

No ifs or buts. Pick a date by which you think RSX will have returned to November 1st price. If you think investors have memories of a goldfish, that should be easy. And I am making it easy for you by using "by" instead of "above" or "is". 2 years? 3 years? 5 years? This excludes ousting/demise of Putin, which is my scenario for a come back.
