ALTIF: Be careful! The device this company is trying to develop could be -- literally -- a gold mine. I have no idea if it works, but if it does it would make played-out gold mines economic again. Not to mention other types of mines. If it doesn't -- then short to zero. But which is it?

Here's a report on the device:

clu-in.com

There are a couple of telephone numbers for an EPA guy and a Univ. of Montana guy who supposedly know about the device. Perhaps somebody on this thread who has time Monday could call and ask about this gizmo. I won't have time myself. (EPA is involved because of claims this gadget can separate radioactive junk at clean-up sites)

Here's what the company says about the device:

ctaonline.com

And here's the company's web page (they spent $27,000 per quarter on public relations -- I guess this is part of what that money goes for):

ctaonline.com

Lots of company press releases there -- which don't show up on my other searches.

And a bullish report from a gold-bug newsletter:

tfc.com

Cites "tremendous potential" of stock (then selling for half what it does now, admittedly.)
