previous post refers to p.s.r....that is his formula...ames is so low it is signifying a stock price to low for its 2.2billion in sales..mr. tang what is your current price point now...observation1.....friday was a good day for retailers....why not ames? i do like the fact that it usually goes up on higher volume and down on lower volume...this will be a key going foward...kind of feel there is nowhere to much to drop from here. what sayethyou.

Thank you, patrick. If he is recommanding it. He has no following, because stock has pulled back and has not recovered it yet. On the other hand, watch out for some competition between the lead market makers. On opening, there is frequently a large sell order to set the tone of the price? Keeping the price down for the day. High short interest may be the problem. This is possibly the problem on the technical side.

We are, of course, on the watch for AMES performance. Some criticism is for AMES to do quick turn around and rebuild traffic. Economy is still very good. Productivity at the workplace is better; at the supermarkets and high end retailers. AMES has to retrack the customer earnings (some retail prices are too low)to penetrate their market better along with servicing the effluent new customers. Stores have to be very dynamic. A few weeks of lack of attention and the earnings will slip away. When you walk in a store which is lacking merchandises, you know they are dying; and customers do not come in any more. Marshalls has that problem; but Filenes basement does not. Do you believe they are run by the same people?
