I click to download Net Notions as well and I found all documentation on collaborativegroupware site referred to Net Notions with the exception of screen shots. Screen shots are understandable. Here it is: Installation Files - Demonstration and Evaluation Only Net Notions Server --> Net Notions Client --> Attention: Only the system administrator needs to download the Net Notions Server software. This software will run on either Windows95 or NT. You will be able to build five Net Notions Collaboration folders (workgroups) from this. The Client software needs to be downloaded by everyone who wants to collaborate from their Windows 3.x or Windows95 desktop. Read below for Quick Start instructions. Additional information on the Net Notions site Using Net Notions Collaboration For The First Time Start up the Net Notions Collaboration Client, choose Preferences from the Client menu and enter the defaults in the Preferences, ie personal user name, server most commonly connected to and folder most commonly worked in. After the defaults are entered, the connection can be made to the server. Choose Connect from the Client menu and press OK. On the bottom of the Net Notions Collaboration application is a status bar which tells you the Server and Folder you are connected to. Now you can drag and drop notes onto documents, applications and Web pages. To change a note, click the right mouse button and select Compose. Only you can now add text, change the properties (ie title of the note, border style and colour) and move or copy to another folder (while you are composing, others will be locked out until you distribute your note). To update the other workgroup members, click the right mouse button again and select Distribute. After you have attached a note, you can notify other workgroup members by clicking the right mouse button in the note and selecting Alert Message. When the note is attached to a Web page, the folder you are currently in and the URL will appear in the message. Select the desired recipient(s), type your message and click Send. The recipient gets the message in real-time. The sender and the time will automatically appear in the note as well. When the Alert message is sent from a note that is attached to a Web page, the URL will appear highlighted. Click on the Go To URL button to view the Web page. If you want to send an Alert Message without an associated note, document of Web page, simply choose Alert Message from the Client menu. Now other workgroup members can respond to the Alert Message by clicking ont the Reply button, they can add comments to existing note or they can drag and drop a new note onto the document or Web page. To view all the notes in the folder you are connected to, select Explore Notes from the View menu. From here you can view, change or delete the notes. By clicking on the Go To URL button, Net Notions Collaboration will startup your default Internet Browser and bring you to the URL where the note is attached. [
