Humm. so why did Biden et al exempt Russian oil? Maybe he doesn't want to drive the oil price higher with the resulting inflation. Further ruining the Dems prospects in the mid term elections. Of course he could reverse his position and reinstate trump's energy policy and drive the price down but that would go against his far left handlers wishes. Climate change and all. And he's too weak now to buck them. Not that he would anyway. So once again. Sanctions aren't really sanctions. Putin's grinning. Making a $billion a day selling oil.
