RU is no longer sending oil out. At least not to the west.

Meanwhile, this article was just published yesterday:

Notice the word "IF." That's strongly implies that a significant portion of our oil still comes from Russia.

Things can change. Maybe as the weather warms up, we can finally cut off Russian oil from our spigots.

But as things stand now, we are financing Russia's war machine. And we haven't done jack s--t about it.
