Brumar, RU is no longer sending oil out. At least not to the west. Link or it's a lie. Meanwhile, this article was just published yesterday: All bets are off IF Putin slashes the West's oil supplies \| CNN Business Notice the word "IF." That's strongly implies that a significant portion of our oil still comes from Russia. Things can change. Maybe as the weather warms up, we can finally cut off Russian oil from our spigots.
