As more get nukes, more will use them tactically. Which also means threatening to use them. Not sure where that leaves us, or leads us.
Those of us who grew up in the 50s and 60s have memories of nukes from the time. We were aware of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and tests such as Bikini Atoll took place. Huge ass mushroom clouds and all that.

My question is, what is a tactical nuke, and what does it do? How do we compare it to what we’re familiar with?
