- you can say that MUSE didn't do the job for you & you would be correct.

- buy you can't infer that the product isn't any good. For me, I can't wear contact lenses. I think they stink. But if millions of others can, then contacts must be a pretty good product. Likewise, the new usage and refill rate of MUSE can only be described as impressive. As they went from 0 to $120 mill or so in sales in their first year of production.
