I wonder if the financial damage to Russia will bring them back to being reasonable, or make Putin even more indignant at the west? Whether the pressure will make him rethink his strategy, or dig in and use it to blame us for all their woes? I'm afraid I know the answer. If others inside Russia don't do something, ain't going to work out well.

In any regards, I don't mind taking risks on beaten down stocks/ETFs, but this is different and can't touch Russia. I've put a toe in on Chinese ETF, but even my little bit I'd throw at pummeled stocks ain't looking to Russia.
