Carmine,
WB will not be able to get out of silver before anyone knows it. It is a very small market and now everyone knows what to look for. Unless he finds a creative way out (asset backed security perhaps) the market will see it as soon as he starts. Before he announced his ownership everyone had been wondering who was taking metal out of the market. Now they know and will watch closely to see it come back.
