But there are very few instances of "systemic" racism, affirmative action being the most obvious.
It's all about outcome management.

Never forget how Asians were considered "overrepresented" in figure skating. This coming from an Asian-American journalist, a.k.a. a "boba liberal":

The boba liberal defended himself and claimed that the word "overrepresented" was not meant to convey any judgement whatsoever, but that's a load of bulls--t. A writer for the NYTimes would have known how loaded that term was in today's political environment. So would his editors.

Nope, they meant to say that. And their double standard is as clear as day. Else we should see them complaining about how black men are "overrepresented" in professional and college basketball.
