I see you liquidated RQI but kept RNP. why?
Are you keeping PTY which is very high leverage? why?
Also am curious as to why BMEZ was sold.

Chowder, I'm glad you posted this. Although FFC and FLC are great funds and have been a long time holding, I sold both this morning as well. They are both leveraged above their stated maximum margin of 33 1/3%. They may have to de-leverage. I have some individual preferred stocks that I don't mind holding during rising inflation and they all recovered from the covid mess.
