This means that he now has to give up everyone – and in fact has already begun giving them up in his proffer session, which would have taken place before his guilty plea. This means that James is giving up everyone he conspired with. That’s particularly bad news for Roger Stone, because James isn’t just any Oath Keeper – he’s the particular Oath Keeper who served as Stone’s golf cart chauffeur during the events leading up to the Capitol attack. In other words, James is giving the DOJ every word that he and Roger Stone discussed about the Capitol attack, every move that Stone made, every place that Stone was, and everyone else Stone was conversing with. It’s now almost impossible to imagine that Stone won’t be criminally indicted for seditious conspiracy.
