political post: I agree, OBL played us, and achieved exactly what he wanted. The reputation and power of the US in the Muslim world has been severely reduced. That was his goal. I agree, McVeigh made a largely-accurate critique of existing U.S. society. I disagree with his methods. Snowden is a hero. Governments obsessively hide information. The only way we know what our government is really doing, is when a brave person breaks the law and exposes the truth. But…Putin’s war is a War of Aggression, a war of colonial conquest, exactly like what Napoleon did. Putin needs to be defeated, or he will just keep attacking. If he is not stopped in Ukraine, he will go after the Baltic republics, Poland, Finland. Russian troops got as far west as Berlin in 1945, and Paris in 1814.
