Keystone extension is not needed.
That's like saying offices aren't needed anyone because everyone can work from home these days.

Of course the oil industry is going to work around the lack of a Keystone pipeline, but they will be forced to do so at the risk of more accidents, more oil spillage, higher costs of transport, and a bigger "carbon footprint."

All of the above hinders the flow of oil, disincentivizes domestic oil production, and makes us MORE dependent on foreign oil.

And Putin is laughing his ass off at you lefties ...
