Sankar, You do not have a clue what civility is. Anyone who can dismiss poverty in the off handed way you have in your posts denies any whisper of human dignity. Anyone who can make a remark about "old" economists" in your puffed up way is uncivil to an extreme not to mention pompous to an equal extreme. I am frankly tired of hearing how you "don't have time" to respond to other posters here. Your pomposity is frankly disgusting. Your ignorance is even worse. Your hubris is a clear waste of time. IMO your contributions here are a net negative. As such I won't be reading any more of your posts either.
