Any service is just a tool. If there was anyone that had all the info. down cold, then every investor would be a millionaire. Interpetation and analysis and timing, you get the drift etc.

I think that their timing algorithm doesn't cope well with a sudden drop in price, and so it generated a funny "sell" signal.
