This is Batman.

"Afaq",

I like your characterization of fugitive ex-board member Savage as a "bad guy" in your post #3170. But you still have not explained why they kept Neal Armstrong on as HVSF President given that he was living with Savage! Don't you think Savage influenced the HVSF President if they were living together??????? That smells. Phewwwww!

Armstrong certainly wouldn't have filed that employment lawsuit against the company (which HVSF lost) if it hadn't been for Savage. Armstrong isn't that kind of guy--I'm told he's a non-confrontational wimp kind of guy, a water-cooler kind of guy. That lawsuit was pure Savage. And it cost this company (actually, Waite and See, and probably more See than Waite) 200,000 shares and $10,000 (which is a lot of money when a company has no money in its bank accounts). That is one of the many prices that See has paid for associating with fugitive Savage. If See had bothered to do any due diligence on Savage, he would have found that he only brings misery to people's lives. He also would have found that Savage has mostly "new" friends, because nobody sticks around him for very long once they cotton on to his personality and modus operandi. But See didn't do that, and he has paid the price. Savage beat See soundly. He trounced him.

In your post of 3177 you say "I do not have to explain any thing to you. I only post here my opinion."

"Afaq", we are well aware that you only post opinion. Your posts are devoid of facts. Certainly your buying shares at 30 cents wasn't a fact. You must have dreamed that. Yes, it must have been a dream. That's what it was. A Tom Waite/Barb Krilich dream.

As for HVSF's "offshore investors": There aren't any. Never have been. That's simply Jackie See using a front. And there's no investment. The money just gets upstreamed to HVSF's "parent" company, Bio-Sphere or Bio-Smear or whatever it is called, and back into Jack's pocket. Voila!

As for there being offshore short sellers: If only it were true. But Tom, if you really think there are offshore short sellers, all you have to do is take the stock up and that will incinerate them. In fact, I have inside information that that is exactly what you are going to do. That is why I am not short this stock, but will be long on Monday.

"Afaq", please get out of your swimming pool in your back yard in Ocala, Florida, long enough on this sunny Sunday afternoon to at least post back to me your response to HVSF's President Neal Armsrong having lived with fugitive ex-board member Savage for over a year after Savage was "kicked off" (as you put it) HVSF's board. And why the Board of Directors of Harvard Scientific tolerated the situation.

At least answer the Savage/Armstrong question for investors. I will even say "please". Please answer the fugitive question, "Afaq". If you ever expect the investment community to take this company seriously, you know that you will have to answer the fugitive question at some point. Why not take the bull by the horns and do it now. The fugitive question, "Afaq". I await your response on this critical issue.

Thank you.

Batman

P.S.--I enjoy your posts, "Afaq", you easy-going guy. I like the personality profile that Tom as assigned to you. You're totally unflappable. My hat (cape) is off to you (but my batcowl remains on).

P.P.S.--YES! TO MY PREDICTION!!!!! HVSF!!!! Up, up and away!!!! You and me, buddy, and Jack Garne, and Tom and Jackie--and let's not forget Don Steffans, Jackie See's fat-pill promoting android at Bio-Smear.
