His "Socrates computer" is a complete steaming pile of BS. He claims it's one of the biggest AI supercomputers in the world, but he actually lets screenshots out that show it's running in a DOS emulator because it's so primitive, it was written before Windoze even existed. The site I posted goes into exquisite detail on his fraud.

Let me comment on your observation that it is "all data". The problem I see with that is that no additional value is added by inspecting more of the kind of data that Armstrong and many other sources use, which is technical analysis purely based on the history of a price chart.

It would be like observing a car and trying to predict its future position by monitoring oil pressure over time, using different methods like moving averages, cycle theory etc..

More meaningful data would be a camera pointed at the rear mirror. And one pointing ahead. And one reading the mind of the driver and so on. Each of these sources of information add a new dimension.

There are theories that additional dimensions can be synthesized from a single dimensional time series of SOME systems having defined chaotic behavior at least if not more regular. But this does not work with financial time series. So adding more data derived from price history (which is the only source that Martin Armstrong uses) cannot make you any wiser. You are just fooling yourself. Most people do not know this.

Regarding Martin Armstrong, I have kept him busy communication with me personally for hundreds of hours. I have tested his limits. To the extent that he blew his top multiple times, resulting in his confessions, then his attempt to recruit me and finally his death threat.

That is really all we need to know. The guy is absolutely clueless. He actually has lost all confidence in his own methods because he realized how bad they are. He is a schizophrenic character so it is difficult to know what he thinks at any given time. But he knows how to sell snake oil like no other. And he is full of sh*t as many others have observed.

"The guilty can be devious in concealing their crimes, and their role in them. The greater the crime, the more devious the strategy of deception." Keep this in mind when you look at his past and how he made that whitewash infomercial movie "The Forecaster". Imagine someone makes a movie to conceal his crimes! It it hard to believe for a normal human being what a fake creature he is. Everything is fake. Read this and take it from there:

The Martin Armstrong Scam for Dummies

I wrote this page from the perspective of discussions with people who were too lazy to even explore my site and who still thought they could extract some value from his junk.

It is hard to recommend which page out of more than 75 on this site to read first depending on where you are coming from. This guy is such a fraud, with multiple illegal income streams and with many scam campaigns running at the same time. But it appears I have made a serious dent in his scheme. Please keep linking to my site to help protecting others from getting trapped by this assh0le.

And by the way the stuff he wrote from prison is just as bad as anything else. You will get that conclusion when you check the facts. See:

Major failed Predictions

And he did not call the 2008 meltdown and he did not call the collapse of Russia. No evidence. These are anecdotes that come from his own hindsight interpretations of his forecast arrays. These are not forecasts. His ECM is a bad joke. Don't get me started on that.

Thanks.
