A previous poster was talking about an engagement being nothing more than a proposal. This is incorrect information. At the SHM, I asked this exact question after the meeting. An engagement means a signed contract "on the dotted line." A contract may be for one site, with a proposal to perform more work after the first portion is completed. John Jenkins mentioned in his presentation that the projects were being done on a "time and material basis'. I'm hoping for further discussion of this during the Conference Call. Jan

I've been lurking here for a couple of months and have tried to keep up with the relevant discussions. But, I not aware of the line reasoning behind this.

If it's already been covered, I'll go hunt the archives.

If not, what makes you think that TAVA could be the consolidating force? (gotta admit -- I kind'a like the term *The Consolidator* <g>
