what is Rubio looking for. ambition to be the next President? Venezuela ability to generate what we require must be in critical shape. I doubt most of the equipment has been maintained. I believe it is also heavy sulphur and refineries here cannot burn high sulphur. Are we talking tanker shipments of gasoline vs crude? maybe we could use Joe Kennedy to negotiate for us. Wash't he buying heating oil for Boston area through Citgo to supply cheaper oil to low income families. We need Rubio to get on with opening up drilling in the united states. get the banks to open up lending to the industry for capital investments. open up reserves for immediate use. We can always fill them back up with cheaper oil down the road. How do these people get elected to run to Iran , Venezuela for oil. The problem is our own production. Open it back up!

Big oil isn't that desperate to do business with the likes of Venezuela. Especially after they nationalized the fields and kicked them out. F#k Venezuela!!
