Hi John! This method of collecting votes has been tried before but I have never experienced any success fro observation of results. As you note the total is a far cry from the # of shares outstanding and I tend to think that if there are a substantial # of shares still held by wealth or institutions that there is a better chance that they will make something happen in the long run. This is not a pretty picture for any of us still holding in this company but I agree with you that the outcome is very much out of our hands. The value of the exercise we have just done may be simply knowing that there are a lot of unaccounted for shares.

Hi John Has anyone been able to come up with a shareholders list yet? I still think that it is important to have someone voting our shares rather than having them think we just don't care any more. There may be others out there that have not heard of our group or others who may attend the AGM that may support our voting pattern. I think it is imperative that our voices be heard even if we are only a faint whisper. Ron M. has already said he is willing to represent us at the meeting if asked to do so. It would probably be better for everyone if we had a couple of reps from the Vancouver area who would be willing to attend. I'm too far away (close to John Stokes) to attend or I would go. I still haven't received any notice of the AGM which does concern me. KC
