Crude oil coming across the border from Canada hit a record high in 2021. 2022 looks to exceed 2021 all without the Keystone extension. Pipelines are needed but Keystone is a non factor. Also, export facilities for nat gas need to be built out, ALONG with the facilities in the importing countries. One without the other is useless.
