That is true, as far as I can tell, but Belarus and Russia and going to face increasing difficulties in getting their ferts (and other goods) to markets, regardless of sanctions. Given the tactics Russia is using and the success of Ukrainian resistance, this is going to be a protracted and extremely messy war rather than the surgical strike Vlad the Killer had envisioned. I also see that Bolsanaro the Butcher is using the war to push his efforts to strip away the indigenous reserves in the Amazon, or at the very least to strip away any say they might have on what happens on their lands. (No surprise, Bolsinaro the Butcher is a supporter of Vlad the Killer and his attacks on civilians.) LC
