Alladin Sane just did. I'll say a bit more. Big U.S. oil was given a huge tax break to bring money back to the U.S. 80% *or more, went to bonuses, stock buy backs, dividends, some worker pay raises. Very little to developing the leases I've mentioned. With crude at today's prices they should have no excuses for ramping up drilling on available leases. Also, fracking is coming back strong after the $10 pbl and then negative price almost killed it. IMHO, by July/Aug. crude could be $85 pbl. Maybe as low a $65. TWT.
