The response should be, we will place a 75% tariff on all Russian goods sold in the United States. Remove energy production obstacles to the maximum extent, including ANWR, leasing on government lands, offshore drilling as well as approving the Keystone pipeline. In addition, we will partner with industry and design the safest nuclear plant and rapidly approve its development across the country. That would calm the oil markets and make Russia pay a steep price.
