CTAL dropped below it's 50DMA because the trading range narrowed
so much in Dec and Jan. The contracts tend to trickle in. I
would like to see them flow in. We may be in for a rough ride
until CTAL can convince investors that they are growing and can sustain themselves past the supply agreement with GW. I think
the trading range for the next 3-4 mos will be 10.5-13.5.
I am long right now, but if the price gets back to 13.5,
I may have to go short with some puts. One thing I didn't
notice in today's press release is a dollar value put on
the contract with Monarch. It must not be worth much or they
would have surely mentioned it.
