Gentlemen! Please! These securities attorney can work for stock. Also, they clean up "shells" and keep up with fillings and reportings. They re the one that keep these viable public entities alive! For this they are paid (legally) in stock. During periods of transition it is not unusual for one of these attorneys to preside over the company or hold an ultra-high position. Heck, the guy's an attorney and they always scare the bejeepers out of me. <GGGGGG> I don't care what you all say, the dollar votes! And right now it's getting 12 and a half shares per. Tomorrow and tuesday it'll get many, many less (IMO). YEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAA JS
