Not necessarily.

You're assuming they're bad. But I think they had a great deal of liquid assets and now that they've done their acquisitions, it's time to show their net worth. If they released their financials back when they only had Echomedia, it could've been viewed as a company with just cash and no company.

Now they have the company. Now they can release the financials.

MG Out.

<(I can only hope that I am wrong!)> Unfortunately, your analysis is far too logical to be wrong. There ain't never been good news that continually get stonewalled...it would be the non sequitor of all time.

No, I think you hit it right on the money. But believe me, I hope that we're both wrong.

As far as Zulu's financials go, lets face it: If they were good they would be published right? Why wouldn't you want to publish your financials if you thought you could make some money by increasing share price?

I can think of a number of reasons why Zulu has not yet published any financials. I still think it is a 'small' company with regards to infrastructure. Keep in mind that a report to the SEC does not just write itself, it is a major undertaking for a company in Zulu:s position. That said, I do think they should publish those d*mn figures so we could get a better grip on the whole mess.
