This weekend, Murphy announced that he sold off 1/2 of the Model Portfolio's position of XOMA to purchase a position in COR. He stressed several times that XOMA is still a great stock to own; but, he needed some cash to purchase COR (which he thinks will jump before the end of March and he doesn't expect big news out of Xoma until 2H 1998).

Max - That article is basically the same as the talk he gave at the recent AAII meeting here. However, he went on to talk more about biotechs, and that's when he mentioned XOMA.
