Not all dealers do. I have a crook KIA dealer near me that wanted $12K markup on a KIA EV6. So I reported him to KIA corporate, and they responded that they will follow up with my complain and keep me informed and within 2 weeks the dealer called me and offered me the car at sticker with NO MARKUP. So what people should do is report these crook dealers to corporate. If all of us do, the manufacturers will stop sending inventory to those crooked dealers.
