IMHO a country that strictly follows bio weapons research ban should have NO labs dealing with these viruses
whatsoever. If there are some the response must be to open things up, not destroy the evidence. This is very fishy. It’s just me though, who bought the Putin propaganda, of a dictator I hate.

Why would Victoria, in her job capacity, know anything about run of the mill bio labs unless those are weapons labs?

There might be a perfectly reasonable answer to a very polite or rude question, depending on PoV.

We wait. Everything being equal, am guessing we have not heard the last about those labs, what they were working on, why, and who be the client(s).
