They have done a lot of acquisitions that operate in our market area.

They bought out a comapny that was our customer. My salesman was all bummed as he thought he had lost a customer.

I told him go make regular contacts and follow-up so much you are outworking their current contact.

Our trained approach is never talk bad about a competitor and admire the relationship he has with them. Then ask if there ever is a reason to need more than he can give, I'd like to be the second call. They did give us that shot and we got it done.

Over time we won the first phone call and stocked a multi dollar inventory of vehicles like they bought. When the market turned, hard for them, they bought every vehicle they had ordered from us and inventoried them. They asked us bot to order more till they had worked through the inventory. They have and we still have a great classy well capitalized account.

We help them get 3/4 ton 4x4 trucks as cheaply as they can find. It's good business for us both. That's how American business should operate.

They are class act IMO and from a business relationship.
