ibm.com youtube.com .....great stuff! Bob still going strong at 90...............worked with/for both Bijan Davari (Iranian expat) and T.C. Chen (both first rate technologists) and knew both Russ Lange and John Kelly (mgr. types)......beyond the DRAM, Dennard's CMOS scaling theory enabled low power / low voltage CMOS......still the basis for the semiconductor industry today..........feeling old about now.............but very fond memories.
