Hi Dan,

You said 'didn't all the inside selling occur during a time when
Saf T Lok was to be delisted?'.

The selling took place starting in May '97 through October '97.
William M. Schmidt sold at 4.563: (on the 'spike')

sec.gov

Gardner was selling from 10/17 through 10/28 at 2-3.225. As you can tell by the price, it was being done AFTER "new life" poured into this company. Once again, he sold ALL of his 200,000 shares.

What makes you think the were selling to get the funding? I couldn't find any official comments from the company. I hope this issue will be addressed in the next PR, till then we can only speculate and argue.

Thanks for posting your comments.

Best regards,

Milk
